Hello Reader,
This past week was my birthday, which is always a good time to take stock and consider where you've been, where you're going, and what needs support or focus.
A few things surfaced for me.
1. I must make time to write more. If you don't know this about me, I did a double major in university: Anthropology and Creative Writing, poetry to be specific. I wrote a poem the day before my birthday, which was so enjoyable, since it's been a while since I've felt that creative flow.
2. Keep asking. If you haven't found the answer yet, keep asking. I've been dealing with some sneaky health stuff for ages and now I'm trying something new. Thank you to my naturopath at Glow Integrative!
3. Gratitude can take you to new places. There's a lot here, but if you get a little lost inside yourself, start making a list of everything you can be grateful for. I promise if you do this, you'll end up somewhere different. I recommend starting with the biggest most obvious things and trickling down to the most minute things that might slip by unnoticed.
OK, and then hit reply and tell me the most interesting thing you're grateful for.
Are you ready to get moving?
Fall classes start this week.
Pilates for Strength and Ease Wednesdays at 9:30am, starting Sept 9
Pilates as Practice Wednesdays at 5:30pm, starting Sept 9 Mondays at 6:00pm, starting Sept 14
Strength Training Fridays at 9:30am, starting Sept 11
Every class runs eight weeks, live on Zoom, with replays so a missed week isn't a lost week.

If you register today you'll get a welcome email with your Zoom link and everything you need. Save that email. We're in the same room every week.
Two quick notes
The Monday class starts a week later than the rest, on September 14, since we're skipping Labour Day.
And if you're joining Strength Training, you'll need equipment for that one: hand weights and a loop band. Ideally a light, a medium and a heavier pair of weights, so there's somewhere to grow.
If you are still deciding, you can reply and tell me a little about where your body is right now and what you're hoping for this season. I'm back at my desk and happy to help you choose.
Looking forward to moving with you.
❤️ Meg
Thank you for being here!
