The best feeling

Hello Reader,

The best feeling...

You've been showing up consistently. You show up when you're tired, because you know you'll feel more energized after. You show up when you're grumpy, because you know it will help lift your mood. You show up when your hip hurts, because you know you can modify and keep going. You show up when you're at your in-laws, because you know you can practise anywhere.

Then one day, it happens. You notice that things feel easier. The exercises feel fluid and graceful, and you're not thinking so hard about every part of the movement. You feel strong and capable, and the time just flies by. You're actually having fun while exercising and feeling fabulous!

THIS IS THE BEST FEELING!

When we show up consistently, we get to feel it. You can celebrate yourself, because you did that, and your body is so grateful! The next week might feel hard again (especially if you have a teacher who keeps you on your toes 😉), but getting to have days like this is absolutely worth it.

If you've experienced this feeling, I would love to hear about it. Hit reply to share.
