I almost didn’t send this

Hello Reader,

I contemplated not sending an email this week.
Inboxes are full. People are overwhelmed.
And I wondered, if I don’t really have something to say, am I just adding noise to an already crowded room?

But then I thought of you.
The one who opened this.
Maybe looking for a moment of connection, or a small breath of something different.

And I remembered my responsibility to this work.
To show up.
To keep the pilot light on, so that others might find a spark here if they need it.

When there is so much we might want to turn away from, we need places we can turn toward.
My hope is that this can be one of those places for you.

When you come here, I hope you can breathe a little easier, even if it’s just for a moment.
I hope you can feel some part of your body asking for your attention, even if it’s your baby toe.
I hope you can remember that you are part of something bigger, even if you can’t name what that is right now.

I don’t know the way to feel better.
But I do know a way. (a little something my friend Eileen reminded me of)

Movement doesn’t fix everything.
But it gives us somewhere to go with what we’re carrying.
A way to feel, to process, to come back into relationship with ourselves.

And if that’s what you need right now, I’ll be here.

Hopefully I’ll see you soon, over on your mat.

♥️
Meg

P.S. Unbelievably, there is still 1 spot left for the upcoming retreat REPLENISH on March 28. It's going to be amazing— good people, good food, Pilates, Yoga Nidra, breathwork. You can learn more and join HERE.
